By registering on Stream-Pay.ru, you agree to these terms.

Privacy

We store only the data needed to operate the service: your name and email from the account you use to sign in, connected Twitch channel information, and placement and payment history.

Data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary for payments or payouts, or as required by law.

To request deletion of your account and data, email support@stream-pay.ru.

Reviewed advertising

Only reviewed ads are displayed on streams. Every ad goes through two stages of review:

1. Automated review — the service checks the advertiser’s link and website, text and banner.
2. Manual review — a person reviews the ad before it goes live.

The streamer decides how manual review is handled: they can review each request themselves or let the Stream-Pay.ru team handle all moderation.

Streamer moderators

Streamers can add their own moderators. Moderators can view ad requests for the streamer’s channel, approve or reject them and reorder displays. They cannot access earnings, payouts or channel settings. The streamer can remove a moderator at any time.

Responsibility for advertising

Advertisers are solely responsible for their ad content, advertised goods and services, and legal compliance, including Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising”. Review by Stream-Pay.ru does not remove that responsibility.

We may reject or stop displaying advertising that violates the law or platform rules.
