Our services

Stream-Pay.ru is a marketplace for advertising on Twitch live streams. Advertisers choose a streamer in the catalogue, upload a banner, short text and a link, and pay for display time.

The service includes:

• displaying an advertising banner on the streamer’s broadcast through an OBS widget for the paid duration;
• sending the advertising link to the broadcast chat when display starts;
• automated and manual ad review;
• placement statistics: display time and link clicks.

The service is provided remotely through the website. No physical goods are sold or delivered.

Advertising we do not accept

Every placement undergoes automated and manual review. We reject advertising for:

• gambling, casinos, bookmakers and lotteries;
• cryptocurrencies, pyramid schemes and questionable investments;
• narcotic and psychotropic substances, tobacco, vaping products and alcohol;
• adult content and sexual services;
• weapons, forged documents and other goods and services whose advertising is prohibited under Russian law;
• websites without contact details or seller information.

Advertising is displayed in accordance with Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising”, including online advertising disclosure requirements.

Cost

The price per minute is set by the streamer and shown on their card in the catalogue. The total placement cost equals the price per minute multiplied by the display duration in minutes, and is shown before payment. The Platform acts as an agent for streamers: 95% goes to the streamer and 5% is the Platform’s agency fee. The fee is already included in the price; there are no additional charges.

Prices are in Russian rubles. Payments are cashless through the payment service on the website.

How the service is provided

1. The advertiser creates a placement with the selected streamer.
2. The ad undergoes automated and manual review.
3. After approval and payment, the placement joins the streamer’s broadcast queue.
4. The banner is displayed during a live broadcast, and its link is sent to chat.
5. The service is considered delivered once the ad has been displayed for the entire paid duration. Display progress is available in “My placements”.

Cancellation and refunds

• Before display begins, the advertiser can cancel the placement in “My placements”. The amount paid is refunded in full.
• If the ad fails review or the streamer rejects it, the amount paid is refunded in full.
• After display begins, you can cancel by paying for the portion already displayed. The undelivered portion is refunded.
• If a paid ad was not displayed, file a claim in “My placements” within 72 hours after the scheduled display using the “Ad was not displayed” button. The streamer is not paid while the claim is under review. If the claim is upheld, the full placement cost is returned to your dashboard balance.

You can use your balance for new placements. To request a refund to your card or bank account, contact support: refunds use the original payment method and are processed within 10 calendar days of your request. The time until funds arrive depends on your bank.
